Based on a briefing from our international partner, we start looking for manufacturers and collections that can meet our partners' expectations.
Other factors such as production capacity and financial suitability are also assessed at this point.
We also check that the company is interested and flexible enough to make operations viable.
development
We try to associate the type of product to be developed with manufacturers who have similar characteristics in their products, their collections, in order to optimize the result of the products developed.
Prototypes are developed and adjusted before the samples are sent to the client.
adjustments
We are aware that small adjustments are often necessary to correct a shoe's appearance. These are small adjustments that often make all the difference when the customer chooses to buy the model.
Feet are not the same all over the world and often have to be adjusted to meet the standards of comfort and fit of the country where these shoes are destined so that this doesn't become a barrier, inhibiting the sale of these products. Other adjustments, such as visual ones, are made to ensure that the product is attractive enough to attract customers' attention when they buy it.

production production
Production is monitored by our team from the moment orders are placed, when we present the manufacturer with all of our client's details regarding adjustments, materials, details, procedures and times to be observed.
Frequent visits are made during the production period so that problems seen in the progress of the process can be corrected in time so as not to jeopardize the shipment of goods as requested.
quality inspection inspection
Quality inspections are carried out during production, but the goods are not released until a final inspection has been carried out.
Sometimes another inspection is carried out in the warehouse, before the goods are shipped.
We are very clear about the importance of this function. Doubts about any differences are discussed with the customer.
Any technical differences are analyzed by our team, who may ask independent technicians and companies to analyze situations regarding bonding, material resistance, flexing and other situations that arise in our day-to-day operations.
management shipment management
In agreement with our foreign partners, we accompany the shipment of goods so that the paperwork follows the required procedures and the operation times are optimized.
We consolidate goods from different manufacturers in order to minimize the costs of shipping and transporting the goods.
